This 2" Flexible Scraper (Putty Knife) is made from the best grade of tool steel. The .020" thick blade is tempered, uniformly ground and polished to a smooth finish. The wood handle is comfortable shaped. Brass rivets are used to fasten the handle to the tamg portion of the one-piece forged blade.
This tool can be used in carpet repair to keep the professional from cutting yarns when performing a permanent section. It can also be used behind a molding lifter when removing base molding in a water damage when the drywall is wet. This allows the pressure of the molding lifter to be depressed over a larger surface area.
